孟鲁司特对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿血清白三烯B4、C4和D4水平的影响及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨孟鲁司特治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的疗效及对血清白三烯B4、C4和D4水平的影响。方法74例咳嗽变异性哮喘儿童随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组予以口服酮替芬片（0.5-1）mg/次，2次/d；观察组予口服孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片5 mg/次，1次/d，连用8周。观察两组患者治疗后的疗效及药物不良反应，并比较血清白三烯B4、C4和D4水平的变化情况。结果治疗8周后，两组血清白三烯B4、C4和D4水平均不同程度下降（P〈0.01或P〈0.05），且观察组下降值大于对照组（P〈0.05）；同时与对照组比较，观察组总有效率明显较高（P〈0.05），两组治疗中无明显不良反应。结论孟鲁司特用于治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿安全有效，其主要原因可能与下调患儿血清白三烯B4、C4和D4水平密切有关。Objective To discuss influence and curative effect of montelukast on serum leukotriene B4,C4 and D4 levels of children with cough variant asthma （CVA）. Methods Seventy-four cases of children with CVA were divided into observation group and control group at random. The children in control group were given ketotifen tablets 0.5-1 mg for one time twice a day. The children in observation group were given 5 mg montelukast dulcet through the mouth per time once a day for 8 weeks. The clinical curative effect and drug adverse reaction （DAR） was observed, and the changes of serum leukotriene B4,C4 and D4 levels of children in two groups before and after treatment were compared as well. Results After 8 weeks＆#39;treatment,the serum leukotriene B4,C4 and D4 levels of children in two groups were de-clined with different degrees （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）,and the declining rate in observation group was higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. After 8 weeks＆#39; treatment,the total clinical efficiency of children in observation group was much higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. No obvious DAR were appeared on children in two groups during treatment. Conclusion Montelukast has favorable curative effect and security on CVA,whose main reason is the rela-tionship with reducing serum leukotriene B4,C4 and D4 levels.
