辽宁省城市经济系统脆弱性评价

摘　　要：依据2013年中国城市统计年鉴,从城市经济系统的敏感性和恢复能力两个方向选取20个指标建立脆弱性评价指标体系,利用熵值法计算指标体系中各指标的权重,建立城市经济系统脆弱性评价数学模型,根据脆弱性得分进行聚类分析得到4个脆弱性类型,从城市经济规模、产业结构、污染物处理能力等角度对辽宁省14个城市进行脆弱性评价。结果表明,辽宁省城市经济系统脆弱性差异比较明显,沈阳市脆弱性最低,阜新市脆弱性最高;辽宁省沿海城市经济系统脆弱性整体上低于其他城市,沿海城市经济系统恢复力对其脆弱性影响较大,而其他城市经济系统的脆弱性受敏感性影响显著。According to China city statistical yearbook 2013,chosen 20 indicators to establish Vulnerability assessment index system from two directions of City Economic System＆#39;s sensitivity and recovery capability,using the entropy method to calculate the weight of each indicator in the index system and establish a mathematical model of urban economic system vulnerability assessment.According to the vulnerability scores to cluster analysis and obtain four types of vulnerability,assessed vulnerability of 14 cities of Liaoning province from the angle of city economic scale,industrial structure,pollutant processing capacity.The data shows that the difference of urban economic system vulnerability of Liaoning province is obvious,Shenyang City’s vulnerability is the lowest,Fuxin City’s vulnerability is the highest;the coastal cities of Liaoning province’s economy system vulnerability is lower than other cities as a whole,the economic system’s resilience of the coastal city has a big effect on vulnerability,and other cities’ economic system vulnerability is affected by sensitivity a lot.
