摘 要:通过浓乳液聚合法制备苯乙烯/丙烯酸酯共聚物多孔材料,并研究了多孔材料的吸油性能。采用扫描电镜、红外光谱、吸油性能测试等方法对材料的结构与性能进行了表征。结果表明:浓乳液方法制备的多孔材料具有丰富的开孔结构、孔径均匀的特点,为油类有机物在孔隙之间的扩散吸附提供了适宜的通道结构。随着共聚单体与DVB含量的变化,基体结构对油类有机物的吸附性能会随之变化,研究表明:加入共聚单体甲基丙烯酸十二酯后,交联剂质量分数为14%时,多孔材料的吸油性能最大可达2 300%。Porous styrene-acrylateco-polymerwas prepared by concentrated emulsion polymerization and its oil absorption properties were studied. The chemical structure and morphologies of porous absorption material were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and infrared spectrum, and the:properties of oil absorption rate was investigated. The porous polymer with open-cell structure and uniform pores diameters was obtained by concentrated emulsion polymerization, which provided the better tunnel for oil absorption. The oil adsorption rate could be changed with the introduction of the different copolymer and the content of crosslinking agent. It was found that when methyl dodecyl methacrylate was introduced and the crosslinking agent content was 14 % , the maximum oil absorption rate of the obtained porous materials reached 2 300 %.
