藿黄浸剂对角化过度型足癣的临床疗效观察及体外抗真菌研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药藿黄浸剂治疗足癣的临床疗效及其体外抗真菌效果。方法临床研究中144例患者被随机分为2组,治疗组采用藿黄浸剂(88例)浸泡,对照组(56例)采用2%硝酸咪康唑乳膏外搽治疗足癣,治疗1个月及停药1个月后观察临床疗效及安全性。实验室研究采用琼脂稀释法(CLSI)对13种常见致病真菌进行藿黄浸剂药物敏感性测定。结果治疗组的临床总有效率为89.77%,对照组为73.21%(P<0.05),无不良反应发生;体外抗真菌药敏显示全部测试菌株对藿黄浸剂敏感,尤以红色毛癣菌等皮肤癣菌为著。结论藿黄浸剂治疗角化过度型足癣临床效果好,不良反应少,且体外抗真菌效果显著,值得推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Huohuang infusion in treating keratotic tinea pedis andobserve its antifungal effect in vitro. Methods In clinical studies, a total of 144 patients were randomly divided into twogroups,the treatment group （88 cases） was treated with Huohuang infusion and the control group （56 cases） was treated with2% miconazole nitrate cream. The clinical efficacy and safety were assayed after treating for one month and stopping themedicine one month latter. In laboratory studies. 13 pathogenic fungi were tested for drug sensitivity of Huohuang infusion byusing agar dilution method （CLSI）. Results The effective rate of treating group was 89.77%, while that of control group was73.21%. The curative effect of treatment group was better than control group （P〈0.05）, with no adverse reaction. Antifungalsusceptibility test in vitro showed all strains were susceptible to Huohuang infusion, especially Trichophyton rubrum and otherdermatophytes. Conclusion Huohuang infusion in treating keratotic tinea pedis is effective and safe. Also its antifungaleffect in vitro is significant. It is worthy to be applied widely in the future.
