卤米松联合康复新液治疗掌跖脓疱病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:对比分析卤米松单独和联合康复新液治疗掌跖脓疱病的有效性和安全性。方法:将110例掌跖脓疱病患者随机纳入卤米松治疗组(A组)和卤米松联合康复新液治疗组(B组),对药物相关不良反应发生情况、症状和体征积分,以及疗效情况进行观察分析。结果:两组均未见严重药物不良反应,仅局部皮肤刺激症状。从第2周开始,两组的积分均较治疗前有了明显降低(P均<0.05);组间比较,治疗前、治疗后2周和4周时症状和体征积分差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05),而开始治疗后6周和8周时B组明显低于A组(P均<0.05);B组的治愈率及总有效率均高于A组(P均<0.05)。结论:卤米松联合康复新液治疗掌跖脓疱病具有良好的效果和安全性,值得临床推广和应用。Objective： To observe the efficacy and safety of Halometasone combined with Kangfuxinye, on the treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis. Methods： A total of 110 patients were involved in this study and divided into two groups randomly according to the different treatment of Halometasone with or without Kangfuxinye. Results. There were no serious adverse drug reactions in the two groups, except for local skin irritation. From the second week, the symptoms scores of two groups were significantly lower than before treatment （all P〈0.05）. The scores of symptoms and signs had been decreasing since the 2nd week of treatment in both groups, but no difference were found between the two groups after the treatment for four weeks. But at the end of 6 and 8 weeks＇ treatment, Halometasone combined with Kangfuxinye showed a better effect than Halometasone alone. Conclusion： Combination of Halometasone and Kangfuxinye is effective and safe in the treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis.
