背侧单切口重建钢板内固定治疗尺桡骨中上段双骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究探讨背侧单切口重建钢板内固定治疗尺桡骨中上段双骨折的临床疗效。方法选取自2011-02—2013-02诊治的尺桡骨中上段双骨折36例,随机分成背侧单切口组及背侧双侧切口组,对2组的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 2组手术时间、术中失血量、骨折愈合时间、伤口愈合情况、神经损伤、显露骨间背神经的情况均无明显差异,而切口长度及术后5 d疼痛评分有明显差异。2组术后2、4周前臂旋转功能有明显差异,术后8、12周无明显差异。结论 2组手术方法治疗尺桡骨中上段双骨折术中显露及远期疗效均满意,但是单切口组术后疼痛轻、功能恢复快且美观,值得在临床推广。Objective To study using upper dorsal single incision with reconstruction plate internal fixation for the treatment of ulna double fractures. Methods From Feb. 2011 to Feb. 2013, 36 patients were diagnosed as upper forearm double fracture, and they were randomly divided into dorsal single incision group and bilateral dorsal incision group. The clinical data of two patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results Between the two groups in operation time, intraoperative blood loss, fracture healing time, wound healing, nerve injury, posterior interosseous nerve exposure conditions there were no significantly different, but thel^e were significantly different in length of incision and postoperative 5 day pain score. After 2, 4 weeks, forearm rotation function had obvious difference. After 8 to 12 weeks, there were no significant difference. Conclusion The treatment in the two groups of upper radius and ulna fractures in exposure and long-term outcome is satisfactory, but the single incision group has less postoperative pain, shorter recovery time, with beautiful appearance. It＇s worth of clinical promotion.
