摘  要:目的观察光动力治疗前后宫颈尖锐湿疣皮损Toll样受体(TLR)7和TLR9及α干扰素(IFN-α)和干扰素调节因子(IRF)-7表达量的变化。方法采用实时定量荧光聚合酶链反应(PCR),检测宫颈尖锐湿疣皮损在光动力疗法治疗前后TLR7、TLR9、IFN-α及IRF-7的表达,并进行对比分析。结果 15例患者宫颈部位皮损光动力治疗前可检测到TLR7、TLR9、IFN-α及IRF-7的表达,而且表达比正常对照组高。经过光动力治疗后,局部皮损TLR7、TLR9、IFN-α及IRF-7的表达量下降,前后对比差异具有统计学意义。结论光动力治疗后宫颈尖锐湿疣皮损TLR7、TLR9、IFN-α及IRF-7等免疫受体及细胞因子表达下降,提示光动力治疗尖锐湿疣前后局部免疫状态发生变化。Objective To study the expression changes of TLR7, TLR9, IFN-αand IRF-7 in the lesions of cervical condyloma acuminata(CA) before and after photodynamic therapy. Methods The expression of TLR7, TLR9, IFN-αand IRF-7 in cervix CA lesions were detected by real-time lfuorescent quantitative PCR method and analyzed before and after photodynamic therapy. Results The expression of TLR7, TLR9, IFN-αand IRF-7 in the cervical lesions of 15 patients were detected before and after photodynamic therapy. For the untreated lesions, the expression level of IRF-7, TLR7, TLR9 and IFN-α was higher than the normal control group; however, after photodynamic therapy, the expression level of IRF-7, TLR7, TLR9 and IFN-αdecreased signiifcantly. Conclusion For the treatment of cervical condyloma acuminata, photodynamic therapy may cause the expression of immune receptors and cytokines decreased, such as TLR7, TLR9, IFN-αand IRF-7, it suggest that the mechanism of photodynamic therapy curing cervical condyloma acuminata may involve immune mechanism.
