异甘草酸镁联合胶原蛋白贴敷料外用治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察异甘草酸镁联合胶原蛋白贴敷料外用治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法 57例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分为两组,试验组每日静脉滴注异甘草酸镁、胶原蛋白贴敷料外用;对照组每日仅静脉滴注异甘草酸镁,治疗6周后分别观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果试验组、对照组痊愈率分别为46.43%和17.24%,有效率分别为89.29%和48.28%,两组痊愈率和有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均无明显不良反应。结论异甘草酸镁联合胶原蛋白贴敷料外用治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效显著,安全性好。Objective To observe the clinical efifcacy of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate and collagen dressing in the treatment of corticosteroid-related dermatitis. Methods Fifty-seven patients were divided into 2 groups randomly. One group was treated with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate and collagen dressing, and the other group was treated with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate only. The total course of treatment was 6 weeks. The efifcacy of the two groups was compared at the end of the treatment. Results The total cure rates of the treatment and control group were 46.43%and 17.24%respectively, with signiifcant difference （P＆lt;0.05）. And the total effective rates of the treatment and control group were 89.29% and 48.28% respectively, with signiifcant difference, too （P＆lt;0.05）. The adverse reactions were not found in both groups. Conclusion The combination therapy of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate and collagen dressing is an effective and safe method for the treatment of corticosteroid-related dermatitis.
