摘　　要：本文从线型经济学的视角对马克思的价值理论与联合生产问题进行了一个数理概括。我们首先明确了联合生产体系下的有效生产过程的概念以及价值的正值性条件;其次分析了冯·诺依曼模型的利润与增长的关系,并按照豪(Howe)的方法证明了冯·诺依曼均衡的存在性;最后在马克思一冯·诺依曼一森岛的框架下简析了最优价值以及广义马克思基本定理。This paper summarizes the labor theory of value and the joint production is- sue of Marx by a mathematical method in the framework of linear economics. First, we clarify the concept of efficient production process and the condition of positivity of value under the joint production system. Then the relationship between profit and growth of the yon Neumann model is analyzed. And the existence of von Neumann equilibrium is proved by the method of Howe. Finally, the optimal value and the generalized Marx＇s fundamental theorem are analyzed in the framework of Marx--von Neumann--Morish- ima.
