三清降糖方对糖耐量减低冠心病患者的干预作用

摘　　要：目的探讨三清降糖方对合并糖耐量异常的冠心病患者心血管意外的影响。方法选取经冠状动脉造影诊断为冠心病且合并糖耐量异常的患者180例,随机分为阿卡波糖组、三清降糖方组及对照组,每组60例,其中对照组仅给予基础治疗,其余二组均在基础治疗基础上给予相应药物治疗。结果各药物治疗组心血管意外发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.01),而阿卡波糖组与三清降糖方组比较心血管意外发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对合并糖耐量异常的冠心病患者应用三清降糖方治疗可显著减少患者心血管意外的发生。Objective To investigate the effects of Sanqingjiangtang decoction in patients coronary heart dis-ease accompanied with impaired glucose tolerance .Methods A total of 180 inpatients were selected and confirmed by coronary angiography ,and then the 180 case of coronary heart disease accompanied with im-paired glucose tolerance were randomly divided into acarbose , Sanqingjiangtang decoction and control group ,60 cases in each group .The control group was given basic treatment ,and the others were given drug treatment on the basis of the basic treatment .Results After 6 months of follow up ,the drug treat-ment group cardiovascular everts were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0 .01） ,the incidence of cardiovascular everts was significant difference between the acarbose and sanqingjiangtang decoction（P〈0 .05） .Conclusion Sanqingjiangtang decoction can significantly reduce the incidence of cardiovascular e-verts in patients with coronary heart disease accompanied by impaired glucose tolerance .
