摘 要:经过对双级直联泵的叶片进行受力分析,建立了一种新的受力模型,该模型给出了叶片受力大小与转子转角和泵的设计尺寸的关系,并且根据泵入口压强的大小而选择相应的计算公式,可计算不同入口压强下的叶片受力大小,达到了对叶片进行连续受力分析目的。此外,为了能更加快速计算出在不同入口压强和转角下各力的大小及其变化曲线,因而开发了叶片受力分析软件,并利用该软件对2XZ-4型直联真空泵进行了实例计算,为直联旋片泵优化设计和合理使用提供了依据,拓宽了直联真空泵的设计理论,加速了直联泵的研发进程。A new force model is built based on force analysison the vane ofdual-stage direct coupled ro- tary vane pump, which offers the relationship between the main forceacting on vaneand the angle of rotortogether with the designedparameters of pump. By selecting the relevant calculation formula of the main force according to the size of inlet pressure, the influences of different inlet pressure on forcescan be obtained to analyze the forces acting onvanecontinuously. In addition, the new force analysis software is developed in order to calculatethe magnitude of force and its relation curve quickly. Using this model and software, the main forceacting on vane of 2XZ-4direct coupled rotary vane pump is calculated, which offers theoretical basis for optimized design and reasonable use of pump, andalsobroadensthe designtheoryofdirect coupled rotarypumD.
