摘 要:根据气动阀快速关断特性及成品油库发油系统事故特点,利用SPS软件,建立了某成品油库发油系统物理模型和逻辑控制关系,数值模拟了火灾事故,气动阀紧急切断后的管线压力变化情况,并重点分析了气动阀关断时间对管道瞬时水击压力的影响。研究表明:气动阀3s关断,管道各点最大瞬时水击压力均超过1.6MPa,大部分超过2.0MPa,气动阀10S关断,只有泵出口附近管段的最大瞬时压力略超出1.6MPa,且时间极短;而气动阀15S关断,整个管道最大瞬时压力均低于1.6MPa。考虑事故工况需紧急切断流程并防止次生水击危害,本工程建议气动阀关断时间在10~15S为宜。Based on the characteristics of quick-shut off of pneumatic valve and accidents of loading system of refined oil store, a physical model and the logic control relation of the oil filling system of a refined oil store were established by using SPS soil-ware, then the pressure change caused by suddenly cut off of the pneumatic valve when fire accident occurred was numerically simulated, The influence of cut-off time of the pneumatic valve on the pipeline instantaneous water hammer pressure was also researched. The results show that, when the pneumatic valve is cut off in 3s, the maximum instantaneous water hammer pressure of each point of the pipe is greater than 1.6 MPa, most of that is even greater than 2.0 MPa; when the pneumatic valve is cut off in 10s, only the maximum instantaneous water hammer pressure of pipe near the pump discharge is briefly greater than 1.6 MPa;when the pneumatic valve is cut off in 15 s, the maximum instantaneous water hammer pressure of the whole pipeline is lower than 1.6 MPa. Considering the necessity of emergency closing process and avoiding the secondary water hammer, the cut-off time of the pneumatic valve is suggested to be 10~15 s.
