摘　　要：构建普遍均等的公共图书馆城乡服务机制是我国当代公共文化服务体系建设的重要内容,本文通过分析现有的公共文化城乡服务现状,探索公共图书馆服务城乡创新发展思路,逐步实现公共文化服务均等化,为广大城乡居民特别是农村居民提供优质、免费、全覆盖的文化服务。It is important content of Chinese contemporary public cultural service system to establish the universal and equal public library service mechanism in urban and rural areas. This paper,analyzing the current situation of urban and rural public cultural service,explores the innovative ideas of public library service in urban and rural areas and the gradual establishment of the equalization of public cultural service to provide quality and free cultural service with full coverage for the vast number of urban and rural residents.
