福建省农村金融服务效率评价研究  

On the efficiency evaluation of rural financial service in Fujian Province

摘　　要：通过Granger因果检验方法探讨福建省农村经济增长与农村金融发展的相互关系,同时对比了福建省与全国在农村金融效率评价指标上的表现,据此明确福建省农村金融服务效率的高低情况。研究结果表明,福建省的农村金融效率较低,与农村经济发展无显著关系,相关农村金融效率指标处于全国中等水平,与全省整体经济发展水平不符,应当积极发展农村经济,重新定位农村金融职能,引导民间金融资本进入可控流通渠道。This paper probes into the relationship between Fujian province rural economy growth and rural financial development via the method of Granger Causality Test and compares Fujian province with cross country in evaluation indicators of rural financial efficiency at the same time. The finding indicates that the rural financial efficiency of Fujian province is relatively low and not in accord with Fujian Province economy growth. It＇s suggested that Fujian Province should develop rural economy,reposition the duty of rural finance and lead the folk capital to controllable circulation channels.
