海峡两岸经贸合作结构分析

摘　　要：基于政策和市场双重因素,海峡两岸经贸结构严重失衡,台湾长期顺差。通过分析海峡两岸贸易合作结构和产业投资合作结构的现状,得出海峡两岸经贸合作结构性失衡缘由。在此基础上,提出了优化海峡两岸经贸结构的对策:(1)充分发挥民间组织与政府的合力,突出政府主导作用;(2)加强两岸资源整合,提高两岸新兴产业经贸合作比重;(3)把握比较优势,优化提升两岸产业分工结构,使经贸合作在促进两岸产业结构升级转型中发挥更大作用。Due to the factors of policy and market,there is imbalance in the economic and trade structure and industrial investment cooperation structure across the Taiwan Straits while Taiwan owns long-term surplus. According to the current status analysis,the causes have been discovered and the countermeasures for optimization are proposed as follows.（ 1） Promote the cooperation between nongovernmental organizations and government,and give full play to the leading role of government.（ 2） Promote the resources integration between two sides of the Straits and increase the proportion of trade in newly-developed industries across the Straits.（ 3）Make full use of the comparative advantages,and optimize and upgrade the industry division structure on two sides,so as to enlarge the role of trade in upgrade and transformation of industry structure on two sides of the Taiwan Straits.
