摘　　要：在分析沿海滩涂性质问题上,打破传统海陆二分法结构,认为其自然属性应当属于湿地生态系统。这种界定具有缓解生态价值与经济价值冲突、合理解决管理部门权责分配等优势,更有利于沿海滩涂资源的可持续发展与纠纷的解决。The natural attribute of coastal mud flat is wetlands ecosystem. It breaks the traditional dichotomy structure of coastal mud flat that belongs to land or sea in the analysis of property of coastal mud flat. This definition can alleviate the conflict between ecological value and economic value,and bring about the reasonable solution to the management responsibilities. It is more conducive to sustainable development of coastal mud flat and solving dispute.
