摘  要:目的:探讨案例分析法结合情景模拟法在急诊新护士培训中的应用效果。方法:选择2012年及2013年在我院急诊室工作的新护士37名,将2012年工作的18名新护士设为对照组,实施传统培训模式;2013年工作的19名新护士设为试验组,在传统培训模式的基础上将案例分析法和情景模拟法融入其中。培训结束比较两组新护士的急救理论知识、急救技术、急救仪器操作水平、急救应急能力、评判性思维能力。结果:试验组在急救理论知识、急救技术、急救仪器操作水平、急救应急能力及各项评判性思维能力与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施案例分析法结合情景模拟法更有利于提高新护士的急救技术水平、急救应急能力及评判性思维能力,能使其更快适应急诊室快节奏的工作,确保抢救工作的有序进行,提高抢救的时效性及救护成功率。Objective: To discuss the effect of case analysis method combined with scenario simulation method in the application of emergency new nurse training. Methods: Chose 2012 and 2013 year 37 new nurses in our hospital emergency room,18 new nurses of 2012 year working with the control group received the traditional training mode,while the 19 new nurse working in 2013 as the experimental group,on the basis of traditional training model combining case analysis scenario simulation method was blended in among them. The new nurse's theory of first aid knowledge,first aid skill,first aid instrument operation level,emergency contingency ability and critical thinking skills of two groups were compared after training. Results: Experimental group in the first aid knowledge,first aid,first aid equipment operation level,emergency ability and critical thinking ability compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Implementation of case analysis method combined with situational simulation method is more advantageous to improve the level of new nurses first aid techniques,emergency contingency ability and critical thinking ability,can make its faster to adapt to the fast pace of work,emergency room to ensure that the rescue work orderly,improve the efficiency of the rescue and ambulance success rate.
