摘 要:为研究底栖藻类与沉水植物(苦草)培养系统对猪粪废水中磷的滞留作用和磷的赋存形态,并评价该体系在控制富营养化和污水生物处理中的潜在应用价值,对不同浓度的猪粪废水进行了为期30 d的室内人工模拟试验,采用改良的淡水沉积物磷形态连续分离提取标准测量和测试方法( SMT法),测定了藻垫与苦草中总磷和所滞留磷的不同形态。结果表明:单独培养的底栖藻类与苦草均对磷具有较强的滞留作用,底栖藻类和苦草混合培养对磷的滞留作用均增强,藻垫对高浓度猪粪废水中磷的滞留能力要明显高于中浓度。藻垫与苦草所滞留的总磷的主要形态均为无机磷,分别占总磷的43%~89%和63%~94%,其中铁磷占无机磷的34%~64%和20%~91%,钙磷占无机磷的17%~58%和7%~75%。To study the phosphorus retention and its form retained by benthic algae and submerged vegetation ( Vallisneria natans) in treating piggery wastewater , and evaluate the potential utility of this system in controlling eutrophication and agricultural effluent treatment , the phosphorus content and its form in benthic algae and Vallisneria natans were investigated using a sequential extraction SMT protocol .The systems were exposed to different loading levels of swine manure over a 30 d indoor incubation period .The results indicated that both benthic algae and Vallisneria natans illustrated significant phosphorus retention effect .The phosphorus retention was enhanced in the mixture of periphyton and Vallisneria natans. The phosphorus retention capacity was higher with higher swine manure loading .Besides , inorganic phosphorus constituted most of the total phosphorus in both benthic algae and Vallisneria natans, accounting for 43%-89% and 63%-94%respectively.And among these inorganic phosphorus , Fe-bound phosphorus accounted for 34%-64% and 20%-91%, followed by Ca-bound phosphorus , accounting for 17%-58%and 7%-75%, respectively .
