利益分享视角下长阳县水产养殖业可持续发展初探

摘　　要：基于利益分享的视角,探讨了长阳县水产养殖业的可持续发展问题,认为长阳县水产养殖业在高速发展中,存在利益相关者之间的利益分配不合理、利益分配机制失灵等问题,针对这些问题,利用成本利润率和价值增殖曲线剖析了该县利益分配中存在的不合理性,运用联盟博弈的Shapley值比较了养殖者在参与不同合作销售模式下的获利水平,提出了有利于水产养殖业可持续发展的运营模式,最后给出了相应对策建议.This paper discusses the aquaculture industry sustainable development in Changyang based on the profit sharing perspective .The paper holds that there are unreasonable distributions of interests between stakeholders and interests distribution mechanism failure of aquaculture industry with the high-speed development in Changyang County .In allusion to the problems mentioned above , the paper uses cost profit ratio and value proliferation curve to analyze the unreasonable benefit distribution existed in the county .Then, it uses Shapley value on coalition games to compare fish-farmers in different sales mode of the profit level of cooperation and propose the operation mode which is beneficial to the sustainable development of the aquaculture industry .Finally, it gives the relevant countermeasures .
