摘　　要：军校学员思想政治教育注重人文关怀,对于加强和改进军校学员思想政治教育具有重要意义。军校学员思想政治教育注重人文关怀,就是要在教育中确立学员的主体地位,发挥学员的能动作用;关注学员需要,实施情感渗透;加强校园文化建设,营造良好的人文关怀氛围;重视心理疏导,加强心理健康教育。Ideological and political education by military school＇s cadets emphasizing on humanistic care is of great significance to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education, which is to establish cadet＇s subject position in education and play their active role, to pay attention to cadet＇s requirements and perform emotional penetration, to strengthen the construction of campus culture and create fine humanistic caring atmosphere, and to emphasize on psychological counseling and enhance metal health education.
