摘　　要：目的:探讨妊娠合并先天性心脏病规范化管理的内容及意义。方法:对近十年的文献进行查阅和研究。结果:对妊娠合并先天性心脏病,应采用以产科为主,多科室协作的综合管理模式,根据妊娠进程,在孕前、孕期、分娩期和产褥期,对母婴状况和孕妇心功能分期进行动态的评价及处理。结论:建立多科室协作综合管理模式在孕期动态观察心脏情况,对改善母婴预后至关重要。Objective： To investigate the content and significance of standardized management of pregnant women with congenital heart disease. Method： To review and analyze related literature of the past decade. Result： For pregnant women with congenital heart disease, integrated management model should be used mainly in obstetrics, with multi-department collaboration. According to the process of pregnancy, before pregnancy, pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period, maternal conditions and pregnant women heart function should be evaluated and treated dynamically. Conclusion： Establishing a multi-department collaboration integrated management model, to observe heart condition dynamically during pregnancy is essential to improving maternal and child outcomes.
