原子荧光光谱法测定土壤样品中的硒

摘　　要：应用碳酸钠一氧化锌混合熔剂对土壤样品半熔，断续流动氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法对样品中的硒进行测定。测定中研究了溶液酸度、硼氢化钾浓度对测定结果的影响。该方法的最低检出限为0．12ug／L，方法精密度RSD为3．65％，方法的回收率为94％--111％。NaaCO3-ZnO are used to fritting for soil samples and trace selenium is determined by Intermittent flow hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The effects of The acidity and Potassium borohydride concentration on the test results are researched. The minimum detection limit of the method is 0.12u/L, method precision is 3.65% and the recovery of method is 94%-111%.
