摘 要:水下排气是一种具有红外抑制作用的排气方式,在水下负压区排气基础上,提出了一种新型的动力与结构混合增压的水下排气方式.首先,在排气管末端建立水微团力学模型,得出提高排气压力可以实现水下排气,并指出叉管叉角、支管直径与排气压力存在相互关系.其次,应用SPECIES模型,分析了排气管道与动力增压管道连接处的流体特性,揭示出低压气体通过卷吸作用而排出的排气机理.最后,模拟了叉管结构的流场分布,得出叉管结构具备增压性能,并推导了海水倒灌量的计算公式.研究结果表明水下混合增压排气方式原理可行.Underwater exhaust is an exhaust way for infrared radiation suppression. Based on underwater ex- haust in negative pressure area, a new underwater exhaust way is presented with structure and power super- charger. Firstly, the mechanical model of water element is built in the end of pipe~ and underwater exhaust can be achieved by increasing exhaust pressure, which is related with the fork angle and the branch diameter. Secondly, the fluid characteristics are analyzed in junction between the exhaust pipe of diesel and the pressure pipe of air compressor by using SPECIES model. The exhaust mechanism is proved that low pressure gas can exhaust out from exhaust pipe by entrainment. Finally, the flow distribution is simulated for the branch pipe, which is proved that it has pressurization characteristic. The theoretical formula is reduced for calculating in- trusion quantity of sea water. The research result shows that the principle of the exhaust way is feasible.
