摘　　要：目的:了解齐齐哈尔市老年人健康自评的基本状况以及老年人健康自评的影响因素。方法:通过分层随机抽样,对齐齐哈尔市6个区县60岁及以上的老年人进行问卷调查,获得577份有效问卷。结果:被调查老年人自评为"不好"的占9.88%,自评为"一般"的占33.97%,自评为"好"的占33.10%,自评为"很好"的占23.05%,一定比例的老年人健康自评比较消极。老年人的人口学特征、社会经济状况、生活方式、生活自理能力等方面的因素对健康自评有较大影响。结论:女性、高龄老年人群体需要重点关注;需要加强老年人的医疗救助和健康促进,促使老年人形成积极乐观的生活方式。Objective： To investigate the self- rated health status its influncity fuctors among old people in Qiqihar City. Methods： Strati- fied random sampling method was used to investigate old people aged 60 years and over in 6 counties in Qiqihar City in questionnaire surveys and 577 questionnaires were valid. Results： Old people who evaluated their health status as ＂bad＂ accounted for 9.88% , ＂average＂ accounted for 33.97% , ＂good＂ accounted for 33.10% , and ＂very good＂ accounted for 23.05%. There were a certain proportion of old people whose self- evaluation was negative. The demographic characteristics of old people, the social economic situation, lifestyle and the ability io take care of them in daily life and other factors had major influences on self - evaluation. Conclusion： Female and advanced age old people should be given prior concern. It is urgent to strengthen the medical aid and health promotion for old people and help them cultivate a positive and optimistic lifestyle.
