摘　　要：本文从经济体制改革的弊端、医疗体制改革的迟滞、媒体舆论的不良导向、医患自身4个方面深入分析了我国当前医患关系紧张的原因,并根据这些原因从政府、医院、媒体和医患4个层面提出适合未来医患关系管理的应对策略。只有协调好政府、医院、媒体、医方、患方的关系,才能真正构建和谐的医患关系。This article analyzed the causes of our countryg current tight doctor - patient relationship based on the malpractice ol econonuc sys- tem change, the delaying of medical system reform, poor public opinion direction and the relationship between physicians and patients. According to these reasons discussed above, the doctor - patient relationship management strategies will be put forward in the near future. Coordinating the rela- tionship between the governments, hospitals, media and physicians and patients will help to build a harmonious doctor- patient relationship.
