摘　　要：近年来,随着我国经济的发展,人们对医疗卫生保健的需求日趋增多,医院规模也不断扩张。然而,医院规模的扩张并没有解决我国看病难、看病贵的问题。因此,医院的发展不能单纯地只考虑其规模扩张,不仅需要增大人员、床位、设备等方面的投入,还要优化医院内部资源配置,以实现医院的持续发展。In recent years, the demand for health care is growing with the economic development of China, which leads to rapid expansion of hospital scales. However, the expansion of hospital scales does not solve the problem of difficuh and costly access to health care services, so the development of hospital should not only eonsider the scale expansion. Instead, investment in talents, beds and equipment needs to increase. More importantly, hospital inner resource configuration should also be optimized to achieve the sustainable development of hospital.
