摘　　要：分析临床仪器设备日常使用中运用细节管理的具体办法与方案,评价效果并提出建议,为完善医院临床仪器设备管理提供借鉴。了解并分析临床仪器管理制度和使用流程,并运用统计学方法比较实施细节管理前后仪器维护情况和护士满意度。细节管理涉及临床仪器设备使用前、使用时和使用后的各个时间段,做到了完整无缝隙管理;实施细节管理方法后,仪器维修、更换零配件发生率有所下降(P<0.05),备用仪器性能完好率、护士满意度均有所提高(P<0.05)。细节管理的具体实施办法是科学可行的,临床仪器设备日常管理中运用细节管理,能有效提高护士满意度、减少仪器维修成本并降低仪器损耗程度,确保临床护理工作顺利进行。Based on the analysis of measures an^t steps of details management in daily clinical equipment use, we evaluate the effect and make proposals to enhance hospital clinical equipment management. Then we analyze the management system and use flow, and compare the ma- intenance of clinical equipment and nurses＇satisfaction before and after the application of detail management using statistic methods. Detail man- agement involves in the whole process of clinical equipment use which can be regarded as complete seamless management. After the application of detail management, the maintenance of clinical equipment and incidence of parts replacement decease decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ）. At the same time, the perfectness ratio of standby equipment and nurses＇satisfaction improve （ P 〈 0.05 ）. This paper reveals that the measures of detail management are scientific and feasible. The application of detail management in clinical equipment management contributes to improving nurses＂ satisfaction, reducing equipment maintenance costs and prolonging equipment service life, which ensures clinical nursing work smoothly.
