我国地市级传染病医院生存危机分析

摘　　要：当前,地市级传染病医院正面临严重的生存危机。传染病病源分流和无形资产流失,医院的硬件条件不够,业务相对单一,卫生技术人员知识结构有待优化,经济滑坡和成本增加,政府投入力度不足,收支不平衡等问题均是传染病医院产生危机的主要原因。如何在激烈的医疗市场竞争中抓住机遇,谋求生存与发展是摆在绝大多数传染病医院面前的一个课题。因此,传染病医院应积极争取政府的政策扶持,实行传染病归口管理集中收治;加强人才队伍及重点学科建设,以传染病重点学科为依托,大力发展综合医疗业务,由传染病专科医院向"大专科、小综合"方向发展,在保持和提高传统学科优势的基础上,有重点、有针对性地建设特色专科,才能走出困境及可持续发展。Currently, municipal infectious disease hospitals are facing the following serious problems, including the loss of infectious patients and intangible assets, poor hospital hardware condition, relatively unitary services, limited knowledge structure of health technical personnel, eco- nomic downturn and increased costs and insufficient government investment which leads to imbalanced income and expenses. How to seize oppor- tunities in fierce medical market competition to seek for survival and development is a challenge faced by most infectious disease hospitals. There- fore, this article proposes municipal infectious disease hospitals to adopt the following measures, including actively seeking for government policy support, implementing infectious diseases centralized management, strengthening the construction of talent team and key disciplines, relying on the key discip lime of infectiows disease, developing comprehensive medical services and constructing specialized subject based on the enhance- ment of traditional strengths discipline. Only in this way can municipal infectious disease hospitals get out of the trouble and gain sustainable de- velopment.
