摘　　要：战略性新兴产业发展潜力巨大,能够带动社会经济快速发展,目前各省市都制订了战略性新兴产业技术路线图,界定了战略性新兴产业的发展范围。为了推动战略性新兴产业快速发展,政府、企业与高校进行产学研合作,通过订单式培养、建立校企科技创新平台、培育孵化前瞻技术等创新产学研合作模式,提高战略性新兴产业的核心竞争力。政府应加大政策投入,推动政府引导与培育;强化工作机制,制定科学的产业技术路线图;汇聚创新资源,形成新兴产业特色区域布局;倡导创新文化,打造良好的产学研合作环境。The huge potential for development of strategic emerging industries, can bring rapid socio-economic development, the provinces have developed strategic emerging industry technology roadmap, define the scope of the development of strategic emerging industries. Production and research cooperation between government, business and universities, by order training, the establishment of school-enterprise technology innovation platform, forward-looking technology incubators nurture innovation research coop- eration model to improve the core competitiveness of strategic emerging industries. In order to promote the rapid development of strategic emerging industries, government policies should increase investment, promote government guidance and nurturing; strengthen the working mechanism of the development of science and industrial technology roadmap; convergence innovation resources, the formation of new industries characteristic regional distribution; advocate a culture of innovation, to create good research cooperation environment.
