乌拉地尔在高血压急症院前急救中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的观察乌拉地尔注射液对高血压急症院前急救的疗效。方法 2011年1月-2013年11月我院院前急救高血压急症患者180例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各90例,治疗组给予乌拉地尔注射液治疗,对照组予硝苯地平舌下含化。比较2组给药前后血压、心率变化。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率72.2%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗10 min时治疗组降压幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),其他时间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论乌拉地尔静脉滴注与硝苯地平舌下含服对高血压急症均有效,但乌拉地尔静脉滴注控制滴速简便,降压平稳,不良反应少,是高血压急症院前急救的理想药物。Objective Observation of urapidil injection for hypertensive emergency pre-hospital care effect. Results Treatment group total effectiveness was 91.9%, control group total effectiveness was 72.6%（P〈0.01） The difference was statistically significant, 10min antihypertensive therapy treatment group was significantly higher magnitude （P〈0.05）,Other times were not significantly different.（P〉0.05） Conclusion Urapidil intravenously with sublingual nifedipine are effective for hypertensive emergencies, but urapidil intravenous drip to control simple, stable blood pressure, fewer adverse reactions, hypertensive emergency is an ideal pre-hospital emergency drugs.
