摘 要:轻烃含量是现场储集层流体性质评价的基本参数,其含量测量的准确性成为进行正确评价的关键。为探讨不同类型载体在不同温度条件下对轻烃测量结果的影响,在规范的室内模拟测试条件下,通过FID检测器的改进、室内模拟装置的制造,从氢焰色谱仪FID检测灵敏度、钻井液类型、钻井液温度、脱气器类型等方面进行了测试,结果表明:1在FID检测灵敏度达到1×10-6条件下、钻井液温度40℃时常规脱气器可以检测到其中以2.9×10-6含量配制的芳烃、环烷烃组分;2芳烃(Ben、Tol)受水的影响较大,分析其在钻井液中的含量,可以反映地层受水的作用情况;3钻井液对轻烃的吸附能力较强,现场检测需要考虑井内上部显示对邻层的影响;4常规脱气器尽管不能对钻井液加热,但由于处理钻井液量大可以弥补其缺点,在40℃条件下可以检测到10-6水平的轻烃组分;5钻井液温度对芳烃的测量影响较大,为便于比较,建议保持处理钻井液温度的一致性。The light hydrocarbon content is a basic parameter for on-site evaluation of reservoir fluid properties,the accuracy of measuring light hydrocarbon content becomes a key factor for proper evaluation.To discuss the impacts of different carriers at different temperatures on light hydrocarbon measuring results,under the standardized laboratory simulation test conditions,by improving FID detector,manufacturing indoor simulation device,the authors tested the hydrogen flame chromatograph from aspects of FID detection sensitivity,drilling fluid type,drilling fluid temperature,degasser type.The test results showed that:1when FID detection sensitivity reaches1×10-6,the temperature of drilling fluid is 40 ℃,and the light hydrocarbon content is prepared as 2.9×10-6,the conventional degasser can detect aromatic and naphthenic components.2 The aromatics(Ben,Tol)is largely affected by water,analyzing their content in drilling fluid can reflect the effects of water on formation.3 The adsorption ability of drilling fluid to light hydrocarbons is strong,the impacts of the inner shows at the upper wellbore on the adjacent layers need to be considered for field test.4The conventional degasser can not heat drilling fluid,but processing a large amount of drilling fluid volume can make up its shortcoming,the level of light hydrocarbon component of 10-6can be detected when the temperature is 40℃.5Drilling fluid temperature exerts great impacts on the measurement of aromatics,for comparison,the temperature is recommended to maintain consistency for drilling fluid processing.
