摘　　要：我国正处于经济转型期,科学技术的飞速发展和经济全球化的新形势使当代大学生思想教育呈现出新特点,学生党员教育管理工作面临新的挑战。通过对经济转型期在校学生党员教育管理工作存在的问题进行系统梳理,在借鉴已有研究成果的基础上,对现阶段学生党员教育管理工作的有效性作出评价,分析了当前学生党员教育管理中存在的问题及其根源,并提出加强学生党员教育管理有效性的合理途径。China is under economic transition.The rapid development of science and techonology and economic globalization see new features of contemporary college student, and brings new challenges to the education and management of student Party members＇ education and management.On the basis of researching existing problems,the effectiveness of the present student Party members＇ education and managent is evaluated, the problems and their causes are studied and some effective ways to strengthening their education and management are proposed.
