摘　　要：目的构建中医临床护理信息数据元体系,为中医护理信息化、标准化提供依据。方法采用文献研究、借鉴法、现场调研及专家访谈法收集护理信息,采用自上而下法对中医临床护理信息数据元进行提取、整理,根据国家相关标准进行分类、编制。结果提取中医临床护理信息数据元703条,编制《中医临床护理信息数据元目录》和《中医临床护理信息数据元值域代码》。结论编制的中医临床护理信息数据元标准体系,系统、实用、可扩充,为中医临床护理信息工程奠定了基础,可为中医护理信息化、标准化工作提供依据。Objective To construct data element system of TCM clinical nursing information, and to provide reference for standardizing TCM nursing information. Methods Literature reviewing, field research, and expert interviews were used to collect nursing in- formation; then TCM clinical nursing data elements were retrieved and sorted according to related national standards. Results A total of 703 data elements were extracted; the ＂TCM clinical nursing data element dictionary＂ and ＂classification and coding for value domain of TCM clinical nursing data element＂ were developed. Conclusion The systematic, practical, and extensible data element system of TCM clinical nursing information, provide a foundation for TCM clinical nursing information technology.
