An intervention program for both adolescents with Internet addiction disorder and their parents

摘  要:目的提高网络成瘾患者戒治效果。方法将120例网络成瘾患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,在常规治疗的基础上,对照组针对患者进行网瘾戒除心理干预、军训、名人励志教育及出院后随访等措施;观察组纳入家长实施全程同步干预,包括成立家长同盟管理委员会、优化家庭环境、亲情重建、家长课堂等。连续20周时比较两组干预效果,出院1年时比较两组社会功能缺陷改善状况及再陷网瘾率。结果干预20周时观察组网络成瘾自评量表、抑郁评分、应对方式评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);出院1年社会功能缺陷筛查量表8个因子评分显著优于对照组、再陷网瘾率显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论实施全程同步家庭干预有利于提高网瘾戒除治疗效果、降低复发率。Objective To improve the therapeutic effect of Internet addiction. Methods One hundred and twenty adolescents with Inter- net addiction disorder were randomly and equally divided into one of two groups. The control group received psychological inter- vention, military training, celebrity inspiration education, and follow-up after discharge besides routine treatment. The observation group additionally received an intervention program that parents were also asked to participate in: establishing parent league ma- nagement committee, optimizing family environment, rebuilding family relationship, and opening a parent classroom, etc. The effect was assessed in the 20th week, and the improvement of social disability evaluated by the Social Disability Screening Schedule (SDSS) and relapse rate were compared one year after discharge. Results The Internet addiction self-assessment score, depression score, and coping style score were significantly better in the observation group than the control group after 20-week intervention (P〈0.05,P〈0.01). The scores of 8 factors of the SDSS and the relapse rate were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion An intervention program that requires parents to participate in at the same time, could improve therapeutic effect of adolescents with Internet addiction disorder and lower relapse rate.
