摘　　要：在近几年中癌症严重危害人们的生命及健康,对于癌症的治疗费用一般家庭无法承受,对于癌症的诊断和治疗已经成为研究的热点。丙酮酸激酶M2(PKM2)是肿瘤细胞好氧糖酵解的一个限速酶同时在癌细胞代谢和生长中占有重要地位。研究丙酮酸激酶M2型抑制剂对于癌症的治疗具有重要的意义。In recent years cancer has caused serious damage to people＇s lives and health,because people can＇t afford cancer treatment costs in a common family. The diagnosis and treatment for cancer has become the research hot spot. Pyruvate kinase M2（ PKM2） is a tumor cell aerobic glycolysis a speed limit of enzymes in cancer cells,at the same time it occupies an important place in the metabolism and growth.The study of pyruvate kinase type M2 inhibitors for the treatment of cancer has important significance.
