摘　　要：综述了天然药物有效成分或指标性成分的分析方法,重点论述了各种分析方法的特点、应用、研究进展,并且讨论了UPLC及色谱联用分析法等新技术在天然药物含量测定中的应用,以期望为天然药物的研究提供依据。This paper reviews the analysis method of natural drugs effective ingredient or component index,mainly focuses on the characteristics of various analysis methods,application,research progress,and sheds light on the UPLC,HPLC /MS and other new technology in the application of natural medicine content determination,expecting to provide the basis for the research of natural medicine.
