摘　　要：卵黄免疫球蛋白(Immunoglobulin of yolk,IgY)是鸟类、爬行动物和两栖类动物体内的主要抗体,与哺乳动物IgG功能类似,一般从被抗原免疫的母鸡卵黄中提取。与IgG相比,IgY具有许多突出的优点,在制备针对多种抗原的多克隆抗体、免疫检测、人类和动物疾病的预防治疗等方面均得到广泛应用。对IgY在免疫检测方面的应用进展进行了综述。Immunoglobulin of yolk（IgY） is the major antibody isotype in birds,reptiles,amphibia,playing a similar biological role as mammal IgG,extracted from eggs laid by immunized chicken. IgY has many significant characters as compared with IgG. It is highlight in the field of biology and is applicable widely,such as in the production of polyclonal antibodies against various antigens,immunoassay and immunotherapy,and many medical areas in both animals and human. This article presents an overview about progress of IgY and its application in immunoassay.
