摘　　要：高职教育人才培养目标与市场对人才需求结构变化而不断调整变化。高职财会专业以不同的方法尝试着教学改革,以工作过程为导向项目教学及按照工作岗位设置教学内容,终究还是局限于学科为中心分段式课程形式为主。高职财会类专业培养目标是德才兼备的职业素质,实践与理论并重的职业能力,紧紧围绕区域经济发展对财会人才状况的职业需求,高职财会专业群所培养的人才应该具备专业扎实能力、社会适应能力、可持续发展能力,专业集群模块式课程体系构建应该以此为基础和依据。该体系以模块的形式将财会类专业不同课程进行组合,体现课程灵活性与适应不断变化的岗位需求,打破了传统课程评价标准建立多元考核评价体系,取得了很好的教学效果。training objectives of vocational education change along with the market requirement for talents. Vocational accounting educa-tion is still confined to the form of segmented curriculum focusing on the discipline, although teaching reforms have been tried with differ-ent approaches, work process-oriented project teaching and teaching content set in accordance with operating posts. The professional training goals of vocational accounting education are to enable students with the professional quality in both ability and integrity and the professional competence in both theory and practice so as to meet the demand of regional economic development. Talents trained by voca-tional accounting programs shall possess solid professional ability, strong adaptation ability, and sustainable development ability based on which the cluster modular curriculum system shall be built. The system combines various courses in the form of module aiming to meet the changing post demand with flexible curriculum, establishes a multivariate evaluation system and has achieved good teaching effect.
