摘 要:为了研究沙棘幼苗对N、P、K元素的需求规律,探索合适施肥技术,采用温室盆栽的方法,以N、P、K 3种元素施用量为研究对象,采用正交设计L16(45)对1年生沙棘扦插苗进行施肥试验。结果表明:N、P、K肥配施处理对沙棘幼苗各项生长指标和净光合速率有极显著影响,以N肥影响最大,P和K肥影响次之,适宜施肥配方为N(5.0 g/株)+P(1.0 g/株)+K(3.0 g/株);净光合速率与生长指标呈极显著的正相关关系,相关系数都在0.80以上;该研究对沙棘幼苗的合理施肥具有理论和实际指导意义。In order to study the demand patterns of N, P, K elements on steckling of Hippophae rhamnoides and explore the optimum fertilization technique, the experiment on fertilization was carried out for the annual steckling by using the orthogonal design L16 (45) with N, P, K three elements for potted stecklings in greenhouse. The results showed that: N, P, K fertilizer treatment significantly influenced on growth index and net photosynthesis rate of H. rhamnoides stecklings. The influence of nitrogen was the greatest, followed by phosphorus and potassium. The optimum ratio of N, P, K for H. rhamnoides was N ( 5.0 g/plant ) + P ( 1.0 g/plant ) + K ( 3.0 g/plant ). The net photosynthesis presented a highly significantly positive correlation with the growth index , and the correlation coefficients were all above 0.80. This researchprovided the theoretical and practical significance for proper fertilization on H. rhamnoides stecklings.
