摘 要:为了确立早实核桃成龄树的适宜修剪方法,以10年生早实核桃‘绿岭’为试材,研究了处理1(重回缩)、处理2(拉枝)、处理3(既重回缩又拉枝)和对照CK(不修剪)4种不同修剪方式对果实成熟期‘绿岭’核桃树冠内膛微域相对空气湿度、温度、照度、叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、细胞间隙CO2浓度和叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明:8月中旬中午12:00,4种修剪方式的树冠内膛微域相对空气湿度和细胞间隙CO2浓度以处理3的最低,分别为33.60%和233.00μmol/mol;树冠内膛温度和最大光强均以处理3最高,分别为40.43℃和86 800 lx;处理3的叶片最大净光合速率和蒸腾速率也最大,分别为8.22和3.33μmol/(m2·s);气孔导度分别为0.19,0.21,0.24和0.16 mmol/(m2·s);叶绿素a含量分别为2.41,2.52,2.79和1.17 mg/g,其中处理3显著高于处理1和CK。In order to determine an optimum pruning method for adult precocious walnut trees, precociously 10 years old walnut trees of ‘Ltiling' were used as materials to study the influences on crown relative air humidity, temperature, illumination, leaf net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, intecellular CO2 concentration and chlorophyll content by four pruning methods (trentment 1. heavy cutting-back, trentment 2. bending branch, trentment 3. heavy cutting-back with bending branch and natural pruning(CK) ) in 2013. The results showed that: the crown bore relative humidity and the intecellular CO2 concentrations of treatment 3 were 33.60% and 233.00 μmol/mol ,which were the lowest among the four pruning treatments at 12:00 in the middle August. The crown bore temperature and illuminationof treatment 3 were 40.43 ℃and 86800 lx which were the biggest among the four pruning treatments. The crown net photosynthetic and the transpiration rate of treatment 3 were 8.22 and 3.33 μmol/( m2. s ) which were the biggest among all the pruning treatments. The stomatal conductanees ofthese four pruning methods were 0.19, 0.21,0.24 and 0.16 mmolf( m2. s), respectively. The chlorophll a contents of treatment 1, 2, 3 and CK were 2.41, 2.52, 2.79 and 1.17 mg/g respectively, and that of the treatment 3 was significant higher than those of treatment 1 and CK.
