摘　　要：阐述了在KSJ3/1型特里科贾卡经编机上,采用真丝原料生产经编真丝提花面料的提花原理及产品设计思路。介绍产品开发的生产工艺,包括设备参数、原料、织造、后整理等。详细分析开发经编真丝提花面料的工艺要点:合理设定织物送经量、巧妙应用花纹效应、注意花边边缘孔洞等。该经编真丝提花面料花纹效应丰富,立体感强,适合制作高档男性及女性服装。The paper described the use of silk in the production of warp knitted Jacquard silk fabrics on KSJ3/1warp knitting machine and the principle of Jacquard design, as well as the design idea. Then it introduced the process of product development, including machine parameters, raw materials, knitting and finishing, and analyzed in detail the key to developing warp knitted acquard silk fabric such as the rational setting of warp run-in, ingenious application of pattern effect and the attention to edge hole. The warp knitting jacquard silk fabric pattern effect is rich, and three-dimensional sense is strong, which can be applied to the production of high-grade men and women clothing.
