摘　　要：采用常压可染阳离子改性涤纶、银离子抗菌丙纶及低温氨纶M-L交织,开发多功能高弹汗布,阐述了织物的编织工艺,详细介绍了织物前处理、染色及后整理等工艺处方及条件,并指出了染整加工过程中注意事项。结果表明,经过适用的染整工艺加工后,该面料具有高回弹性、质地轻柔、吸汗速干、保暖舒适、抗菌防臭及防紫外线等多种功能。Multi-functional high elastic single jersey interknitted by modified polyester which can be dyed by cationic dyes at ordinary pressure, silver ion antibacterial polypropylene and low temperature spandex M-L was introduced, and its knitting process was expounded. The process recipes and conditions of pretreatment, dyeing and finishing were introduced in detail, and the precautions in dyeing and finishing technology were pointed out. The results show that this fabric treated by applicable dyeing and finishing process has a variety of functions, such as high resilience, softness, moisture absorption and fast drying, warmth rentetion and comfortable property, antibacterial deodorization, UV-resistance and so on.
