摘 要:通过DMF萃取法对活性染料染色后纯棉针织物进行脱色处理,并萃取皂洗后产生的水解染料,研究皂洗温度对活性染料的水解破坏作用。测试并比较了不同皂洗温度对染色深度以及已固着在织物上染料的水解总量的影响,并探讨了皂洗温度对耐洗色牢度和水渍牢度的影响,确定了最佳皂洗温度。结果表明,随着皂洗温度的升高,染色深度显著降低,皂洗时产生的水解破坏染料总量逐渐增加;皂洗工艺温度在95℃左右时,其耐洗色牢度以及水渍牢度均较好。Pure cotton knitted fabric which dyed by reactive dyes was decolored by DMF extraction method, and the hydrolyzed dyes after soaping was extracted. The effects of soaping temperature on dye depth and the amount of hydrolyzed dyes which were fixed on the fabric were tested and compared, the effects of soaping time on color fastness to washing and water spotting were discussed, and the optimal temperature was obtained. The resuhs show that the dye depth obviously reduces with the rising of soaping temperature, and the amount of hydrolyzed dyes produced in soaping gradually increases; when soaping temperature is 95 ℃, the color fastness to washing and water spotting are both good.
