摘 要:介绍了除油工艺、全涤针织布除油染色同浴工艺以及全棉针织布除油精练同浴工艺,测试并比较了3种除油剂在全棉和全涤针织物上的除油效果,分析了温度、酸碱对除油效果的影响,并对涤纶除油染色同浴的染色效果和全棉针织物除油精练同浴的精练效果进行了测试。结果表明,对于全棉针织物,优先考虑使用去油污剂LYChc,对于全涤针织物,实际生产推荐使用去油纱剂D-909;去油污剂LYChc和除油精练剂既具有优异的除油功能,又具有比较好的精练效果;去油纱剂D-909更适合于涤纶的同浴除油染色。The processes about oil removing, oil removing and dyeing in one bath for polyester knitted fabric, oil removing and scouring in one bath for cotton knitted fabric were introduced, oil removing effects of three kinds of oil removal agents on cotton knitted fabric and polyester knitted fabric were tested and compared. The effects of temperature, acid and alkali on oil removing effects were analyzed, and the dyeing effects of polyester knitted fabric after oil removing and dyeing in one bath and scouring effects of cotton knitted fabric after oil removing and scouring in one bath were tested. The results show that for cotton knitted fabric, the best oil removal agent is oil removal agent LYChc, and for polyester fabric, the suitable oil removal agent is oil removal agent D-909; oil removal agent LYChc and the oil removing and scouring agent both have excellent oil removal function and good scouring effects; oil removal agent D-909 is more suitable for oil removing and dyeing in one bath of polyester knitted fabric.
