摘　　要：评估慢性肝纤维化程度对临床治疗、预后评价有重要价值。超声弹性成像是一种新的无创性评估肝纤维化程度的诊断方法,目前主要有3种超声弹性成像方法应用于临床,包括:实时组织弹性成像,瞬时弹性成像,声辐射力脉冲成像。To assess the degree of liver fibrosis in patients with chronic liver disease has important value for clinical treatment and prognosis.Ultrasound elastography is a new noninvasive assessment of liver fibrosis diagnostic methods.There are mainly three kinds of ultrasound elasticity imaging methods in clinical application,including：real-time tissue elastography,fibroscan,acoustic radiation force impulse imaging.
