摘 要:磁性液体密封是一种新型的密封方式,具有零泄漏、长寿命、高可靠性等优点,传统的磁性液体密封在真空领域获得了广泛的应用.为了使磁性液体密封适应高线速度、高压差等工况,本文在总结磁性液体密封国内外发展历程的基础上,提出了几种新型的磁性液体密封方式:组合式磁性液体密封,密封介质为液体的磁性液体密封,高线速度的磁性液体密封和分瓣式磁性液体密封,以满足航空、航天、军工、石化等行业的需求.Magnetic fluid seal is a new type of seal with the advantages of no leakage, long life and high reliability. The traditional magnetic fluid seal has been widely used in vacuum field. In order to make the magnetic fluid seal meet the working condition of high line speed and high sealing capability as the development of aviation, aerospace, military, petrochemical, etc., this paper introduced the composi- tion of magnetic fluid and the principle and the advantages of magnetic fluid seal. The development history and present situation of magnetic fluid seal was summarized. This paper also presented some new types of magnetic fluid seal such as the combination seal of magnetic fluid seal, magnetic fluid seal for sealing liquid, magnetic fluid seal for high speed sealing and the split magnetic fluid seal.
