摘 要:目的探讨白鹤灵芝对肾上腺素所致高血糖模型的影响,并初步探讨其实用性。方法采用腹腔注射肾上腺素引起的高血糖小鼠动物模型及正常小鼠,分别以白鹤灵芝水提物不同剂量组进行灌胃,给药结束后测定血糖水平。结果腹腔注射肾上腺素30min后,阳性组和白鹤灵芝中高剂量组(15.2、7.6g·kg-1)能明显对抗肾上腺素引起的升血糖作用(P<0.05),白鹤灵芝低剂量组(3.8g·kg-1)对肾上腺素引起的高血糖作用不明显(P>0.05)。结论白鹤灵芝具有明显的对抗对肾上腺素所致高血糖的作用。OBJECTIVE To investigate effect of extracts from Rhinacanthus nasutus on hyperglycemia caused by adrenaline and discuss its practicability. METHODS The mouse models of hyperglycemia caused by injecting epinephrine and the normal mice were adopted. After different doses of intragastric administration with extracts from Rhinacanthus nasutus on the two groups, the blood glucose levels of each group was determined. RESULTS After intraperitoneal injection of epinephrine of 30min, posi-tive control group and Rhinacanthus nasutus dosage ( 15.2, 7.6g · kg^- 1 ) had better therapeutical effect on diabetes mice induced by epinephrine (P 〈 0.05) ,while Rhinacanthus nasutus group with 3.8g · kg^- 1 dosage had no the rapeutical effect (P 〉0.05). CONCLUSION The extracts from Rhinacanthus nasutus has good hypoglycemic effect on many kinds of diabetic animals.
