摘　　要：目的建立测定珍珠明目滴眼液中羟苯乙酯含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法用ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-1%冰醋酸溶液（55∶45）,检测波长254nm,流速0.8mL·min-1。结果羟苯乙酯的线性范围为15.05~301μg·mL-1（r=1.000）,平均回收率为99.72%,RSD为0.33%（n=6）;结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,适用于检测珍珠明目滴眼液中抑菌剂羟苯乙酯的含量测定。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ethylparaben in Zhenzhumingmu Eye Drops.METHODS ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column was used with methanol-1%acetic acid solution （55∶45） as mobile phase.The UV detection wavelength was at 254nm,as the flow rate was 0.8 mL· min-1.RESULTS The linear range of ethylparaben was 15.05~301μg· mL-1 （ r=1.000 ）.The average recovery was 99.72%with RSD of 0.33%（ n=6 ）.CONCLUSION The method is convenient ,accurate and good repeatable ,which is suitable for the determination of ethylparaben as bacteriostat in Zhenzhumingmu Eye Drops.
