摘　　要：瓮福化工公司2×600 kt/a大型磷酸铵装置采用双管式反应器工艺置换了预中和+管式反应器混合工艺。介绍了磷酸铵装置双管式反应器工艺流程、主要设备、工艺参数控制与调节特点,总结了工艺置换的技改经验,指出了双管式反应器工艺技术与应用的重要意义。The 2×600 kt /a large DAP plant of Wengfu Chemical utilizes double-pipe reactor to replace the combined pre-neutralization + tubular reactor process. The process flow,main equipment,control and adjustment features of process parameters for the double-pipe reactor of the DAP plant are introduced,the experience of technical revamp for the process replacement is summarized,and the significance of the process technology and application of the double-pipe reactor are pointed out.
