高校教务秘书在学风建设中的作用探索

摘　　要：随着社会环境的不断发展变化,高校学风建设面临越来越多的问题。在学风建设中充分发挥教务秘书的作用,将对学风建设起到有效的促进作用。本文从学风问题的表象入手,全方位分析了学风问题的成因,从中找出了教务秘书可以发挥作用的环节,并针对这些环节详细论述了教学秘书在学风建设各环节中应该开展的有针对性的工作及其发挥的作用。Following the developing of the social environment, more and more problems about the construction of study style must be faced in colleges. The role of the college educational administration secretary is becoming and giving full play to the role, which is a effective role in promoting in the construction of study style. The problem factor of style of study have been analysed based on the reflection of style of study. The acceleration of the college educational administration secretary in teaching process have given in the paper.
